Tasheel centres are the authorised service points for the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) — the authority that regulates the employer-employee relationship in the UAE private sector. Before a company can hire anyone, it needs an active establishment card with MOHRE; every new hire after that needs a work permit and a registered labour contract.

What's the difference between Tasheel and Amer?
Tasheel handles the labour side through MOHRE — the work permit and employment contract. Amer handles the residency side through GDRFA — the visa stamped in the employee's passport and their Emirates ID. For a new hire, both usually need to be filed, and we can manage either or both.
Do I need an establishment card before I can hire anyone?
Yes — an active MOHRE establishment card is required before any work permit can be issued under your company. If you've just formed a new company, we can register this alongside your first hire.
How does WPS relate to Tasheel?
The Wage Protection System tracks that salaries defined in your registered labour contracts are actually paid on time through approved channels. Whenever a contract changes through Tasheel, your WPS records need to reflect it — we can keep both aligned for you.
What happens when an employee resigns or is terminated?
Their work permit needs to be formally cancelled through Tasheel, which then affects their residence visa status through Amer. We handle the cancellation correctly and can advise on the visa-side timeline that follows.
Do educational certificates need to be attested for a work permit?
For certain roles and skill levels, yes — MOHRE may require an attested degree or diploma before issuing a work permit. If your employee's certificate needs legalising, our MOFA Attestation service can handle that step before we submit the permit.
