What This Service Covers

The paperwork side of a Dubai Courts matter.

Dubai Courts handle civil, commercial and personal status cases, and much of what determines whether a matter moves smoothly is administrative: the case filed in the right department, forms typed accurately, translations submitted correctly, and deadlines tracked without gaps.

BAEZ manages that administrative layer — preparing and lodging documents, registering powers of attorney, filing execution requests, and following up on your case's progress — so nothing is delayed by a missed form or an untranslated document.

Please note: BAEZ is a licensed document clearing company, not a law firm. We handle typing, submission, translation coordination and administrative follow-up. For legal advice or representation in court, you'll need a licensed advocate — we're glad to coordinate paperwork alongside them.

Dubai Court Service FAQs

Common questions about court matters.

Does BAEZ provide legal representation or advice?

No. BAEZ is a licensed document clearing company, not a law firm — we handle the administrative side: typing, submission, translation coordination and follow-up. For legal advice or representation in a hearing, you'll need a licensed advocate. We're glad to coordinate the paperwork alongside your lawyer.

What is a power of attorney used for?

A power of attorney lets someone else act on your behalf for specific legal or administrative matters — useful if you're travelling, unavailable, or want a representative to handle a transaction for you. We can draft and register one at Dubai Courts for the specific purpose you need.

What is a judgment execution request?

If a Dubai Court has already issued a ruling in your favour — for example, an unpaid debt — an execution request is the formal filing that asks the court to enforce that judgment. We handle the filing and administrative follow-up of this process.

Do my documents need to be translated into Arabic?

Most submissions to Dubai Courts need to be in Arabic. If your documents are in another language, we coordinate certified translation as part of preparing your filing, so everything meets the court's requirements the first time.

How long does a case take to move through the courts?

This depends entirely on the case type, the department involved, and court scheduling — it's not something we can predict in general terms. Once we understand your specific matter, we can tell you what the administrative process typically involves and keep you updated as hearing dates and requirements come in.
